This is a very cosy and practical flat at the heart of Södermalm Mariatorget. It is on the top floor in a courtyard building, and thus is very light and also very silent. The building is from 1890, the ceilings are high and there are plenty of beautiful details from the past centuries such as a brick wall, broad tiles, double doors, chimney (not in use, but lovely with candles), stucco decorations and hand-made windowpanes. It is very well planned and has all the conveniences needed, including a functional kitchen with both stove/oven and micro wave, bathroom with shower and electric heating floor system, a 120 bed, a folding table which could seat 6 and plenty of space for seating area. The building has washing machines and a sauna. The location is excellent 3 minutes to the tube station (Mariatorget), 5 min to Pendeltåget (Södra Station) and 7 minutes to Slussen, close to grocery shops, lovely coffee places and restaurants.
