Apartment: The apartment is our family home, however as were all moving abroad wed like to rent out half of the space for a 9 month period (with a small possibility of an extension). The apartments a 10 minutes walk from Kista Centrum, and is located towards the back of Kista. Please note that we have actually divided the apartment in half with a door/wall, so your half will be yours entirely except for the kitchen which we will share. You will have access to the laundry room, which is located in the apartment directly in front of ours. Room 1: 11 sqm (5,300 SEK per month) Bathroom kitchen access Room 2: 9 sqm (4,700 SEK per month) Bathroom kitchen access Deposit: 1.5 months rent (Room 1: 7950 SEK) (Room 2: 7050 SEK) Tenant: Were looking for someone whose friendly and needs a place to stay for a temporary period of time. We require you have a full-time job for 6 months, and well be asking you for a copy of your salary statement along with your contract. As we have 2 rooms we either plan to rent out both of them to a single tenant, or to 2 random tenants that we will select. Also, smoking is completely forbidden inside the apartment, so smoking is only permitted outside the apartment. Neighborhood: Its a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to Kista Gallerian (8-10 minutes walk). You also have a small Kiosk and Pizzeria within the area. Theres a beautiful forest right behind the apartment where you can enjoy some long walks. Football pitches are around the area along with a basketball court. Theres also loads of gyms around the area such as Fitness 24/7, SATS, Friskis, and a few others.
