Hej Due to travels I will be renting out my amazing 40m2 in Fredhäll. It is fully furnished, with a new double bed, dishwasher, massage shower, a dinner table for 6, a couch and a bed used as a second couch. In the basement there is a shared laundry room with 3 bookable laundry machines. Location Between the green line stops Kristineberg (and its amazing park) and Thordildsplan (which is only 1 stop from Fridhemsplan), 2 min to the nearest bus stop. I personally bike in 12 min to the central station. Available Between 13 october and 5th of january. Cancellation time for both sides is 30 days. Extension is not possible. I am looking preferably for 1 person or a couple (but a set of friends will do too), NO SMOKING, no pets (unless you have a goldfish, I can survive that), you have rented before and can give me a good reference and OF COURSE you should be able to pay the rent. I will only rent out to max 2 people, and no kids under 15 allowed, sorry. If you pay me rent, you will get the keys to my apartment that will be livable from day 1, you just need to bring your suitcase and toothbrush. What is included - Wi-fi and electricity - Fully equipped kitchen (pots and pans, glasses, cutlery) - Start of kitchen food (You can use the salt/oil/flour/pasta/dishwasher-tablets until its finished, then you need to buy your own) - A bike (if you want) Sounds interesting to you GREAT Write me an e-mail about who you are, and why you would like to rent it (I do not go first-come-first-serve way, so make your e-mail a good one).
