The house is a spacious 155 m house spread over three floors plus two small mezzanines, with shared spaces designed for both community and privacy. One room is available for rent, with plenty of shared spaces to enjoy with four others. The room is available from June. Note: The private room is 10 sqm, and the other rooms are shared, so approximately 15 sqm is a split of the common spaces. The area lies between Hökarängen and Farsta C, both about a 1015 minute walk away. By subway, it takes around 20 minutes to T-Centralen. A bus stop is also nearby. Hökarängen offers cafés, restaurants, shops, and a local cultural scene, while Farsta Centrum provides a wide range of services and stores. The house sits in a green neighbourhood right next to Fagersjö forest. Forest trails are just outside the door, two lakes are nearby, and a swimming pool and sports hall are within walking distance. A friendly cat lives here part-time. We are looking for one (1) person without pets or children, who values both independence and shared living in a respectful, grounded way. Someone who appreciates nature, calm surroundings, and a home where things are kept simple and flexible. (We have another listing for two people.) The window faces southwest with a view over the treetops of Fagersjö forest. The room includes a fixed 105 cm bed, which cannot be replaced. It is otherwise not furnished, with the option to add a desk, chair, and storage. You may also bring your own furniture. Additional shared wardrobe space is available.
