The södermalm neighborhood (island) is generally viewed as the trendiest part of Stockholm with lots of nice cafés and shops. The apartment is ideal for either a single working professional or for a couple. Date of moving in is flexible. Im leaving the country for a 3 month project with possibility of extension. If I continue to work abroad, you can continue to rent the apartment.
