Hey all room hunters My awesome flatmates moved back to Italy after finishing studies here in KTH, so Ive got a room for rent for immediate occupancy The apartment is in Vällingby, 28 minutes to t-centralen with the subway (Green line towards Hässelby or Vällingby itself). There are also buses which takes you to different parts of Stockholm. A short walk from grocery stores and a big shopping mall. Room The room is furnished with a bed, a couch, three closets and a desk. There is a big window facing a very nice view. The sun shines into your room from noon until it sets Kitchen Fully equipped with all the stuff you need, including a dishwasher and your own fridge. Bathroom Bath tub/shower. 5000kr/month That includes wifi (500 mb), electricity, water. One month security deposit is required. Cleaning Im pretty tidy and hate it when things are all over the place. Vacuuming and that kind of cleaning Im not as tough with. As long as the place is nice Im happy. We simply take turns cleaning the shared areas when it needs to be cleaned. But we always put away our own things and are responsible for our own rooms. Guests Friends and family are always welcome As long as we respect each other and we are responsible for the people we invite. Me Im 24 years of age whos studying to become a property technician. Im pretty easy to be around. Happy, social and with stuff going on all the time. Im more of a night person. But I always try to be quiet if youre sleeping (And I expect you to do the same). But you dont have to tip-toe around the place. In the free time I do training with other people as a group. Or Im just relaxing at home watching a movie. You A reliable, calm and tidy person. A non-smoker who has no pets and no home parties (NO drinking at home). Has an stable income and references. I will be pretty picky with finding the right person to share my home with. Your age, sex and your favorite color doesnt matter, as long as our chemistry works.
