Room for rent / rum uthyres

My roommate is moving out and Im looking for a new one. The room is located in Årsta near Årsta torg, with fantastic communications to anywhere in Stockholm. It has a bed, desk & chair and a walk-in closet. We share bathroom & kitchen. I have my private area in 2 other rooms. Internet (cable) gas & electricity included in rent. Im a 54 year old man, I normally leave early on weekdays. I had 4-5 students staying there for the last couple of years and It has been a nice experience. Im really easygoing.
