I rent out a room in an attic apartment near the popular sofo district starting march 2017 til beginning of sept 2017. Maybe longer. 8500kr/month. Near to bus, subway, restaurants and bars. Beautiful nature surroundings just 2 minute walk away. You have access to kitchen and bathroom. 2 toilettes in apartment one shower/bath. I have been renting out for a few years and always had happy house mates. 120 cm bed. Electricity, water, wifi etc all included in the rent.
