Hi Im looking for a new roommate to my apartment in Hammarby Sjöstad. The flat is in total 49 m2 with a nice kitchen, spacious rooms and its centrally located. The room is already furnished with a bed, desk, sofa, wardrobs and a TV. Its ready to move in The flat has a nice balcony on the top floor. The rental period is from the 8th of january until june, so six months. The person Im looking for is an exchange student that is social, orderly and easy going.
