Room for rent

Room for rent I have a spare bedroom in my apartment that Id like to rent out. The apartment is located at Gärdet (near Fältöversten, subway Karlaplan) and is 73 m2. The room Ill be renting out is about 15 m2. The apartment has a dishwasher, washer/dryer and a balcony. Youre off course welcome to use everything. Im 32 y.o. and friendly. Im looking for someone whos nice and has lived with other people before. A friend of mine might move in with me in a few months so Im looking for someone whod be interested to rent the room for a few months. If you speak French and want to improve your Swedish its a big plus (could do a language tandem). The rent is 5 500 per month and the room is furnished (can remove the furniture if you prefer to bring your own). Im trying to find someone who can move in asap.
