A room (with access to own toilet) available in a beautiful apartment until year end (or longer) for a female student. Good location with 5 minutes walk to subway, and apprx 15 minutes to T-centralen by subway. Wooden floor throughout whole apartment, 2 fireplaces and views to park. Quiet house. Wifi. Sharing with an international family of 12 year old child & mother & a cat. All bills included as well as access to laundry room. We are used to flatshares and have references from earlier persons if requested. Please write a short presentation of yourself. Viewing on Sunday 26.10 and Monday 27.10 and move in by the end of week. One month deposit on arrival and rent due in the beginning of month.
