Hello I am travelling in January and subletting my apartment from January 2nd to January 31 st. Dates are flexible and you could actually stay a bit longer if you need. The apartment is furnished, theres a laundry machine a small open kitchen and a a separate bedroom. The rent I am offering is actually lower than what I actually pay No kids, no family, no pets. Short term for one or two month only. One month deposit will be required and rent will have to be payed in advance. A contract will also be written to protect both parties Best,
