Amazing views over Stockholm, 11th floor, sunny furnished balcony (9sqm) to enjoy throughout the summer. Walk in closet/storage, open plan kitchen and living area, The apartment is fully furnished, has own washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, microwave. TV, internet and heat included. Electricity and warm water will be added monthly. One month deposit and 2 months notice. Rent for a year with the possibility of extension. Smoking and electric only grilling is allowed on the balcony only. I am renting out because I moved in with my partner to a larger place. Looking for someone with stable income/economy, quiet, respectful of the neighbors and the apartment, responsible and clean. The place is suitable for singles or a couple without kids.
