Renting out our 3-rum apartment while going abroad for 6-9 months from mid-October. The whole neighbourhood is very new (just few years). The apartment itself is very fresh and homy. Fully furnished: beds and wardrobes in both bedrooms with new/fresh linen, cosy living room with a couch and TV, everything in the kitchen: dish washer, a mixer, a tabletop electric grill, cutlery. A big and very nice balcony is by far the most pleasant place in this apartment to spend time in 12 min to subway green line. 2 stations to Mälaren. P.S.
