A small but nice apartment on Gärdet with a custom made sleeping loft. The apartment is rented for a short period from Monday, April 8 to Friday May 24 (may be extended until May 31). The apartment is located on BV but not on ground level in a quiet area about 5-10 min to Gärdets t-bana or bus no. 1 which stops behind the house. In the apartment there is a bathroom with shower and toilet, hall with storage closet, kitchen with two hobs, micro and simpler oven, small fridge with freezer compartment. The large room has a custom made sleeping loft with a 105 cm wide bed and storage for clothes (6 trays) and some other smaller storage. The laundry room is also located in the same building. Please note: The apartment is rented unfurnished apart from the 105 cm bed and loft. The rent is 6000kr/month (a total of 10.500kr for the entire rental period 8/4-24/5) Rental includes cable tv (12 channels), wireless internet, electricity, water, heating. The rent is paid in advance for each month and you will receive the key for the apartment at the same time the first month rent is paid.
