Hi I am looking for an additional 1 person to share a nice big apartment in Liljeholmen. The apartment is a 4, which is 3 bedrooms and 1 big livingroom and kitchen. The rent: - 6000SEK/month (Heating and Water included) Shared costs (per month): - Internet. 50SEK/person. 100Mbit down/ 100Mbit up - Electricity. 50SEK/person - Home insurrance. 80SEK/person Short summary of the apartment: 10min from T-centralen, 6 min from Slussen (by subway) The room is 7kvm The whole apartment is 87kvm with a big balcony (1:a våningen) Shared space kitchen, livingroom, two bathrooms (one big and one small), balcony. Close to public transportation: max 5 min walk to subway, tvärbana and busses Close to Liljeholmsgallerian (mall), restaurants, gyms och water (trekanten). Washingroom in the same building, equipt with washers, dry trumbler, dry cabinet, iron board etc. There will be 3 people living in the apartment, me, Fiona and hopefully you About me: Nice, calm and a tidy person. 22 years old. Born and raised and Gävle, north of Stockholm. Just graduated the summer of 2017 (Aeronautical Engineer) and Im now employeed. When I am not working, you will find me either at the gym or at home watching movies. About Fiona: Openminded, clean and a very uncomplicated person. 25 years old from Germany. Recently got a job as Warehouse Administrator for BSH Home Appliances. When Im not working, I like meeting friends and doing sports.
