Since I will be traveling during the summer, Im renting out my room from 29th of June until 26th of August. The apartment is located only few hundred meters from Stadshuset, a 5 min walk to the subway Rådhuset (entrance Hantverkgatan), a 3 min to a bus station (bus 3 and bus 50) and 10 - 15 min by walk to Åhlens. ICA supermarket is only one block away, at Kungsholmstorg where you will find other shops, restaurants, bakery, and pastries. The path by the water provides really nice and charming restaurants as Orangeriet and Mälarpaviljongen. Rålambovparkes is only a 10 min walk/ a 5 min by a bike ride. :) Shared kitchen and bathroom with the landlord. Some more details: - ONE ROOM, NOT an apartment - ONLY TO A FEMALE - all included - no pets and no smoking - an inner garden where you can have a BBQ - bike racks outside in the garden and - a sauna on the ground floor for those who like it - a laundry room the door next to the sauna Any questions - do not hesitate to ask :)
