Nice apartment just commuters (veckopendlare)

A fully furnished apartment (42.5 m2) in a nice and relaxing location, near the nature is available to be rented from 15th Oct until end of Feb 2015 (It can be also available for a longer time if everything goes right). Wireless internet (Comhem 250/10 mbps), TV with free channels also included. The apartment is equipped with newly bought stuffs. e.g. Toast Machine, Microwave Oven, Coffee Maker also Kitchen stuffs. Two minutes walk to buss station Stora Sköndal, which takes you to T-Centralen in 30 minutes. Its goes also buses to Farsta Strand and Skarpnack from here. If you are a man or a women both are welcome. Basically, it is just you who uses the apartment. I have a separate room in the apartment which I use in the weekends when Im back to Stockholm from my job. Im a 28 years man and was a master student in KTH last year. Now working as a production engineer in another city. In my spare time I do running, swimming, friends, and play bass. You have a stable income, no animals, no smoking, no personal problems, and can help to keep the apartment nice and clean. The apartment ONLY rents to 1 Person under the regulations, which we will write and sign. We write a 3 months contract with 1 month notice period (uppsägningstid) from both sides. 1 months rent takes as a deposit, which will be given back when you leave the apartment. Rent is paid monthly. Electricity, Water, Heat, TV and Wireless is included in the rent, which is 5000 SEK per month. You can visit the apartment in the weekends, you can call me so we fix a time.
