Hi We are renting out our lovely appartement at Farsta centrum. The apartment is perfect for a couple. The central location means youre just a 5-minute walk from supermarkets and other shops, and the T-bana is only about 7 minutes away which take you in 20 min to central Stockholm. The apartment features a master bedroom with ample closet space and a spacious 180 cm bed. Theres also another room that we use as a guest bedroom and studyit includes a 140 cm bed, a large desk with a comfortable chair and computer screen. If needed, we can remove the exercise bike from this room. The living room is generously sized, merging seamlessly with an open kitchen, and it opens up to a balcony that receives morning sunlight. Additionally, theres a compact bathroom with a washing machine. Since well be working abroad for at least a year, possibly longer, were looking for a great tenant. Bonus points if you enjoy plants and wouldnt mind caring for them The price is excluding the electricity and that will be charged based on your usage.
