Common toilet , shower and kitchen. Limited access to the living room. It is the work space. The place is close to nature. It a waking distance from Girmsta naturalreservat and Maltesholmsbadet. 5 minutes walk to Hässleby strand train and bus station. Association gym and sauna are available, free of cost. Hemköp is the closet food store , which is 5 minutes walk. Big shopping center , Vällingby is 5 minutes with subway and you can arrive T -central within 30 minutes . I am software developer and I work from home. I am quite and respectful. You must be responsible person. Partying and disturbing is not allowed. The rent include electricity and internet. One month deposition is required
