Short-term rental opportunity in Midsommerkransen for May (possibility for June as well) 2024 Im renting out a fully furnished two-room apartment because I will be abroad. The apartment consists of one living room with a balcony, a bedroom with a king-size bed and closets, and a kitchen with a dinner table. The apartment is located in the nice Midsommarkransen neighborhood in the street Midsommarvägen. Good access to public transport and motorways cheap parking opportunities. Metro station Midsommarkransen is only 5 minutes away. The city center is in cycling distance. Reach Hornstull in 10 minutes and Medborgarplatsen in 18 minutes by bike. Gyms, yoga studios, and a climbing center are around the corner, as well as plenty of restaurants and pubs. The monthly rent is 11.000 sek everything included (heating, internet, electricity etc.). One months rent deposit, or you sign the agreement through Blocket. Im okay with signing the rental agreement and not using Blocket (which is cheaper for you).
