I am renting out my studio flat on the top floor of a very well kept 1930s building in lovely Metargatan in Södermalm, a stones throw from Sofo, Blecktornsparken, Vita Bergen, Skanstull etc. Theres some flexibility regarding the exact starting the date, but ideally sometime around early/mid January. The initial contract period would run until around August but there is a pretty high probability I would be interested in extending it beyond that if everything works out well. Price is inclusive of wifi and all other existing bills.
