Warmly welcome to my ad, folks. I have a nice little flat centrally located right in the beautiful Södermalm (the most laidback area of the Stockholm Centre.).. Available from the 10th of February to 10th of March (possibly a bit longer), to someone clean, responsible and easy-going. No smoking, or partying inside.. The guest shall be working, studying or have some activity in Stockholm... Ill be gone during this time for approximately a month meeting my girlfriend in Georgia during this period, I will always be contactable and I have a friend located in the city that can help to provide you the best service. Its fully equipped with new furniture, TV, fast WIFI, Everything you need and a bit more. You can use my gym card if you want while Im gone abroad. Theres a big living room where theres a re entrant space going in the wall, where theres a brand new comfortable double sized bed. (Check pictures) Theres curtains to cover the bed making it a bit more private, a bit familiar to a bed chamber without the wide side angles. Perfect estimated location next to a square with many shops, restaurants, lovely art galleries and next to the 2 most beautiful recognized mountain viewpoint of Stockholm...)
