Looking for long-term apartment from june 1st

Hi I am looking for a long-term apartment from the 1st of June in either Liljeholmen, Årsta, Gullmarsplan, or Huddinge. An apartment closeby to the Tvärbanan, or a metro station on the southern parts of the Fruängen or Hagsätra lines would also be great To give some background on myself: I am a researcher at Karolinska Institutet in Huddinge. I am originally from Ireland but Ive been living in Stockholm for almost 2 years now. I am looking to rent a place on my own, and Im hoping to find a calm, kind landlord. I am a non-smoker, and I dont have any pets. I am happy to provide proof of employment and previous landlord references, if required. - Ideally the apartment should be at least partly furnished, although I have my own bed - The length of the contract is important: I am looking for at least a year with a very good chance of extension - Night time accessibility from the city and the southern Stockholm is a must (i.e. the apartment must be within walking distance of a night bus) - I am an avid gardener so a balcony is a big plus, although not a must :) You can contact me by text or WhatsApp if you think it might be a good fit Just send me some info and photographs and we can set up a phonecall to discuss further.
