Im renting out my furnished 42sq2 1 bedroom flat for up to 2 years during my MBA studies at Stanford Im hoping to find a person or couple to take good care of it while I am gone The apartment: 42sq2 flat from with perfect floor plan separate bedroom with 120cm bed & large wardrobe along entire wall spacious combined living room & fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher). Large bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Sunny balcony facing southwest, perfect for breakfasts and lunches. Entire flat is carefully furnished in a mix of simple and designer furniture. White and fresh with colors in textiles. The flat was build in 2009 so it is fresh all way through. The area: The apartment is located by Fridhemsplan, ca 10 min from central Stockholm. Close to Rålambhovsparken (great for running), plenty of cozy cafés and a small mall (Västermalmsgallerian) closeby. Very safe at night with goof night bus communication. You have a large Coop, Hemköp and Ica within 7min walking, and a small corner shop 1min away. Transportation: Fridhemsplan is a great transportation hub. Here you have 5min walk to blue and green metro lines, airport transfer and c. 10 different bus lines in other words you can get anywhere in Stockholm in less than 20min, with very little waiting time (I never wait more than 2 min for a bus as there are so many going downtown). Contract: Rent is 16,000SEK per month, including all utilities and internet bills. Move-in on July 1st (flexible a few weeks earlier upon request) with 12 month contract (possibility to extend another 12-15 months if all works out well). 1 month deposit payable upon contract writing. My housing association is very careful and want name & employment records of the future tenant so I want to make sure that the person who sign the agreement is the one that will move in. Happy to provide you with my personal details, place of work, etc. - essentially whatever you need to feel comfortable with paying upon contract writing. Viewing: I am available to show you the flat on weekday evenings the coming weeks, and I will only rent it out to someone who comes to view it (i.e. you cant be abroad and send a friend). What I am looking for in a tenant: Hard boundaries are non-smokers, no pets. Professional person or couple, above 25 years old with no children. No loud parties (unless notifying neighbors politely).
