It is a large single room with big north facing windows on the top floor of a duplex. The semi-private floor has its own bathroom (to be shared every other week with my youngest son 18 yrs), and a living area. There is a large main kitchen downstairs with a sunny balcony. All amenities incl. broadband, TV, washer, dryer, garage (seperate cost) etc... The apartment is conveniently located a stones throw from the Galleria, tunnelbana, buses, and tvärbana, and is a two minute walk to Trekanten park. I currently live alone as my oldest son just moved out. I work from home but travel often. The right candidate is a quiet, tidy, considerate, no-fuss, non-smoking, non-partying academic, maybe on a postdoc fellowship from abroad.
