Stora Essingen. Room in our beautiful and airy villa house for a single person. 23sqm room available from early February. 6000 per month not including bills (bills max 1000 per month). Two minutes walk from Stora Essingen tvärbana station, just twenty minutes on public transport to the centre of Stockholm and about the same by bicycle. You would be sharing the house with 4 other adults from Sweden, Syria, New Zealand and Australia plus one calm 8 year old. All the adults are busy professionals, two NGO professionals, a software developer and a choreographer. We share all the common spaces such as the kitchen, dining area and large garden which includes a patio and bbq area. The bills of max 1000 sek include the purchase of communal items such as all tea, coffee, cooking oils, herbs & spices, cleaning materials, laundry detergent and other essentials. Two bathrooms.
