Fantastic apartment in middle of Stockholm. In corner of Sveavägen & Kungstensgatan, on opposite side of Stockholm School of economics. Living in Spain and rarely in Stockholm so thought we would rent out the place 12 month at time, maybe longer. High ceilings, 4,5 or 5 meters. 2 bedrooms, large living room. Newly renovated kitchen. (Forget the name, but it was not cheap, that I know... The machines are Gaggenau). 2 min walk to Rådmansgatans Subway station. Apartment can be rented with or without furnitures I guess. Needless to say, will only rent out to responsible people. Prefer to rent out to a company but private persons might also be an alternative with deposit etc. Currently in Marbella but will be going home after Christmas and sort everything.
