My partner and I will be renting out our 2 room, 42sqm apartment in Sätra for at least one year beginning January 1st. The apartment comes unfurnished, but includes a dishwasher and its own washer/dryer. The building has a guest apartment available for visitors, a party room, a beautiful roof top terrace with two hot tubs. Its very close to Sätra Centrum, which has a grocery store, 2 pizza places, a thai restaurant and a few other stores. Its a 17 minute ride to Slussen and one-stop away from Skärholmen where youll find tons of shopping and movie theatres, etc. Theres also a great nature reserve with a beach a 10 minute walk away. The rent is 9,800kr per month.
