Apartment is in excellent condition. It is ideally located for people looking to be close to the city and at same time wanting to enjoy the nature. It is also located vey close to Sollentuna Centrum providing access to well stocked ICA grocery store, shopping stores and restaurants. This section of property is not directly located on the main street, Sollentunavägen thus offering more privacy, sunlight and spacious feeling as the view is open on all three sides of the apartment. Also, there are only six apartments in the building with two on each floor with an elevator. Apartment is not fully furnished. We intend to leave 3-seater TV sofa, 6-seater dinning table and one queen size bed in the apartment when moving out.
