The apartment is located on the first floor with partial view to the Kronobergspark and inner yard. The apartment was refreshed in 2017 and 2021. It is rented semi() furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom and corridor have underfloor heating. Walk-in closet (storage space) with washing machine. Also there is a storage in the basement available on a shared basis. Apartment has a great logistics location. The nearest subway station Fridhemsplan (blue and green metro lines) is 2 min walk from the apartment, as well as bus stations ( 1, 3, 4, etc.). Big supermarkets ICA, Coop, Lidl and Willys and shopping galleries are within 2-5 min walk. Park Kronoberg is across the road. Many daycares and kindergartens are around. Kungsholmen embankment perfect for jogging/ walking is just 2 blocks down the street. Sankt Eriksplan with many restaurants and cafes, as well as Vasapark with huge playground and free skating ring/ football playground, are across the bridge (850m). T-Centralen (main train/bus station) is 1,5 km away. The rent is SEK 20.500 and 1 month rent is to be provided as a deposit. The utilities are included (heating, water except electricity).
