I am testing moving in with my partner, therefore renting out my student room for min 4 - max 12 months, 1 month cancelation time from both ends. The room is in a student corridor: on the ground floor, furnished, big kitchen that you share with other corridor mates. The rent is 5500SEK per month with everything included. Moving-in date: 1/4. I also ask for a deposit free of 5000 SEK. OBS you have to be a student registered with SSSB in order to be able to sign this rental agreement with me.
