I want to share a beautiful 80 sqm apartment in Kista with a wonderful and sunny balcony/wintergarden (5 min from the metro that takes you to the centre in 20 min.). My own contract goes from September 1 until August 31, 2016 with good chances to stay another year (but not certain at this point). I am looking for a flatmate, we share all the common spaces and you have the same rights and duties as me. I will start a job at the Riksbank (Swedish Central Bank) and I travel a lot both privately and professionally. I am originally German, but I moved to Sweden in 2008. I am generally not complicated and easy to deal with. I like it international (my friends are from all over the world). The apartment is partly (mainly) furnished (you will need to bring a bed and maybe some other things, but I can maybe also provide that). I prefer non-smokers (if you smoke outside, I dont mind of course) and animals are not allowed. I prefer somebody to stay the whole period and not just part of it. My landlord would prefer a girl. The offer is for one person only (no couples or families) The rent is 6,900 SEK and includes everything (Electricity, Internet, Heating and Water). Moving in from Monday night (31. of August).
