Hej alla I am renting my room from mid June to mid August. I am living in a house shared with 4 girls in Älvsjö with good communications and a nice little garden. Close by there is a small lake where you can swim into and a forest. The 4 are in the ages 24-32. Some of us work, some of us study but we all share creative interests. We enjoy living together and sharing a common dinner every now and then. In our house we also have a sweet and social cat named Georg The rent will be 4000kr per month and includes water, electricity, wifi, etc. The room is about 14m, furnished with two simple mattresses, a closet, a desk and a big shelf.
