A perfect cozy and charming 2 room apartment in the top of Vasastan with a balcony facing south and into the courtyard. An open kitchen and living room with a separate little bedroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and there is a laundry room in the basement of the building with industrial grade washer drier and drying cabinet. There is a shared sauna in the basement that can be booked as well as a nice courtyard that can also be booked for any occasion. Electricity, water and wifi included in the rent.
