A 2 room apartment in the middle of Södermalm (Hornstull), Stockholm with a nice balcony overlooking Liljeholmsviken (sea view). With only 3 min walk to Hornstull subway station and bus stops on the street below. Cafes, restaurants, super market and pubs litterateur around the corner, 1 min walk from the door. Renting out my apartment from 1st of June for 1 year, with potential to extend. Mostly furnish (bed, sofa, dining table, TV, etc) with essentials. Running cost included in the rental fee (electricity, internet, TV) Please contact me to get more information and to schedule a visit.
