We are looking for some nice people to enjoy our apartment while we are traveling this summer. Our home is a clean, clutter-free and cozy place with great light and a good vibe. The dates are somewhat flexible. Location, location, location The Hornstull subway stop is right across the street and there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Within a 5-10 minute walk there are several amazing parks and playgrounds, and two beaches for swimming. - Bedroom 1: a single bed with an extra bed underneath, a desk, drawers for clothes, and a giant bean bag couch. - Bedroom 2 (not included in photos): single bed, a desk, a closet for clothes, and a bean bag reading corner. - Bedroom 3: a double bed (140cm) and closets. - One full bathroom with a shower. - A second guest toilet/powder room. - Fully equipped kitchen. Dining table that expands to seat 8. Breakfast bar with two stools. - Sunny living room with two couches, bookshelves, and a south-facing balcony. - Access to the buildings big backyard, perfect for barbecues or for kids to play. Wifi and electricity is included in the rent. If you have a car, you may use our parking spot in the buildings garage.
