Spacious room in a two room apartment for short term rent with possibility to extend. The room is 22 sqm with access to a big balcony furnished with a single bed, table and big closet. The apartment is located in very calm neighbourhood with green areas. Its a 8 minutes walking distance to Tensta metro station. You will share the apartment with me. I am 32 years old male. I work during week days, on the weekend I meet with friends, sports and play music. I am looking for a responsible person with stable economy who will respect the house rules. The internet and electricity are included in the rent. The deposit is 2 months rent in advance and the notice period is 2 months.
