There is a football field and playground next to the house and an utegym in walking distance. The sauna / bastu can be exclusively booked for 50 kr. Parking place is bookable and paid separately. All costs (heating, water, internet and TV) are included in the monthly fee besides the electicity costs. BRF approval takes 2-3 weeks.
