- we are moving out on 3 May, so anytime after that is fine and I can be flexible with the move in date - 1,5 room/ 47m2 - big entrance hall with a good sized kitchen at the end, bathroom on the left, and living room / bedroom on the right. The living room bedroom area is one room but we have it divided with bookshelves so it feels completely separate. - rent cost includes everything (internet, electricity, heat, plus access to the apartments gym and sauna) - pets are okay - washing machine, dishwasher, and jacuzzi tub in the apartment, also access to the communal washing room - includes basement storage room - can be furnished or unfurnished note: if furnished, some of the pictured furniture will not be included or will be swapped but everything you need will be there - I have painted the living room and bedroom to match my tastes. You are welcome to paint these walls or decorate / hang things as you please - ground floor, has a French balcony The apartment is right across the street from Högdalen centrum (2 min walk) where you find the tunnelbana (green line) and bus connections (easy access to Huddinge, Farsta, and Älvsjö for the pendeltåg). There are multiple grocery stores, systembolaget, and a lot of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Also close to High Valley Skate park and Snösätra with a lot of forested areas very dog friendly. I love living in this area but my fiancé and I are moving to be closer to work.
