Apartment available short term (mid-late November until the end of December) possibly slightly longer (early January) but this is to be agreed. So the apartment can be available early next week. We will spend sometime overseas, and therefore we will rent our apartment for a short time to a suitable tenant. Flights can be arranged around the tenant, and we have some flexibility. We own the apartment and the lease is approved by the board. So, the apartment 4th floor, balcony, quiet, lift, close to the new Odenplan Pendaltag & Tbana station. All utility costs are covered in the rent, except electricity, and this will be paid by the tenant. The apartment was valued at kr10.75M/ in May 2017. We have a large bedroom, and ideally we would like to rent to a single professional person, however the apartment also has 2x furnished childrens bedrooms that may be used if the right tenant came forward....
