I am a researcher at Lund university. As I will work for 6 months at a university in China, my apartment in Stockholm would be available for rent during the period (beginning or middle of) November 2018 - March 2019 . I am mostly interested in serious, reliable tenants, like academics or visiting researchers. ONLY SINGLE, no children. References would be appreciated. Some details: - rent 10 000,- SEK incl. electricity. Additional costs for a home insurance and internet/Wifi. - 64 square meters, 2 rooms, kitchen, porch - FULLY equipped with furniture, books (many in German and English), tv, radio, microwave, household items - relatively recently renovated, very safe and central area (Södermalm, Skanstull), many shops/restaurants nearby, subway.
