Spacious apartment with a large terrace The apartment is very large two room apartment (65 sqm) and feels very spacious. It also has a huge terrace where you can sit and enjoy your self in the summer or host a barbecue for your friends. The two room apartment is rented professionally styled and furnished with double, 160 cm comfortable bed, 50 TV, sofa, sofa table, kitchen table and chairs, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and the bed linens and towels are provided. Location: The best location on Söder, close to everything that Söder has to offer, 100 meters from subway station Skanstull, 200 meters from Medborgarplatsen. Söder is the most bohemian and most lively part of Stockholm. There are heaps of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, art galleries in the area. Everything (internet, electricity, heating, water) is included in the rent. The deposition is one months rent and the notice period is two full months. The apartment is rented out strictly to individuals not to couples or families.
