We have a spare room as one of our roommates is moving out. We are in total 4 people living in a big flat in the slussen area. The room will be available the last day of October. The room is quite big, about 35 kvm. Shared kitchen, living room etc. It is an older flat (1800s maybe) so every room has its own fireplace (although no longer working). It is a pretty quiet and calm flat overall. Although we do hang out, we are all kind of working a lot too so it is not a party flat of any kind. The location is about a 2 minute walk to Slussen metro and very close to bars/cafes on Götgatan. I am looking for someone around 27-32 years old. Has a stable income and work. You need to be clean and really considerate of others. This is super important. Upon moving in you also pay a deposit of 4000 SEK and last months rent. Shoot me an email if you are interested.
