We are subleasing our 3 bedroom townhouse in Bandhagen when we are working abroad. The 2-storey house with basement has a brand new kitchen and the rooms have been renovated during 2016. The house has one bathroom and one separate toilet, washing machine and tumbler, fireplace and a patio and is ideal for a family with children. The house is situated among a group of other townhouses and small houses in the cute 50s suburb Bandhagen, approximately 7 minutes walk from the metro station with the same name. At Bandhagen station one finds a grocery store, bakery, cafes, take-away food and pharmacy among other things, and a 10 minute walk further south is Högdalen with additional service such as systembolaget, library, medical center and swimming hall as well as more shopping. There are several pre-schools and schools in the area and the Trollesund forest is located just at the end of the street where the house is situated. We are subleasing from mid-February 2017 and one year forward, with the possibility of extension of up to 3 months.
