One room is available for renting in a very nice three room apartment at Frövigatan 11 in Hagsätra, Stockholm. The room is free from 1 November and the rent is 3,700 SEK per month. Please note also that it is requested that you pay one month rent in advance. I also request that you have an employment. The renting period is without end date, but with a trial period of five months. The room is without furniture, but one bed is offered. You will share the kitchen, bathroom and hallway with two other persons. I ask you to please smoke outside only. It is also preferred that you speak English, I am English speaking. I am looking forward to good relations and harmony in the apartment, why we ask you to show normal friendly behaviour and respect common rules.
