Hello Im renting out a modern and fully furnished room for a FEMALE in Aspudden, 10 min from the city center. The room comes with a large bed, dresser, desk and large closet . You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with me. Renting to a nice and tidy GIRL. Electricity bills, water and internet are included in the rent. Im 39, work as a teacher and love to dance.
