Hi My name is John and I am looking to sublet my student apartment while I am on an exchange next fall. It is located at Lappkärrsberget and provided by Stockholms Studentbostäder (SSSB), the main provider of student housing in Stockholm. I plan to rent it out between August and January, but am open to extensions or shortenings depending on what you need. The size of the apartment is around 18 m2 and it has one larger room and a bathroom. Both of them are somewhat furnished, but this can be adjusted to according to what you prefer. Electricity, water and internet is all included in the rent, one can also install a TV with some channels provided but I havent done that. At Lappkärrsberget, as a part of the student housing complex, there is a sauna, film room, gym, padel court and plenty of laundry rooms etc. There is also a supermarket and two restaurants in the area, as well as bus stations from which you can travel to the University of Stockholm and KTH in 5 and 15 minutes respectively.
