Hej Nice furnished room in big apartment is available for rent for a long period or a short period. its 16 m and has all necessary furniture with big closet. Its available from 10th of June 2017 ( the date is flexible) The apartment is 82 sqm, has 3 rooms, 2 toilets, bathtub and shower,large kitchen, and balcony. There are dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. The metro station is 7 minutes walk and it takes less than 19 minutes to T-centralen. There is also a buss station 5 minutes walk and it takes 10 minutes by bus to Kista Mall. Lidl and other supermarkets are few minutes a walk with many fast food shops. Rent: 59000 SEK and includes electricity, water, and internet. One month rent deposit, one months notice from both sides. I am looking for a nice, none smoking ,pet free housemate with a stable economy. (one person only). It would be perfect if he/she is a social and would like to do some activites together some time :) I am 32 years old working full time in the government and studying 2 masters in Stockholm university, I speak 4 languages and have mixed roots, I dont smoke and have no pets.
