Hej A nice furnished room in big apartment is available for rent for a long period or a short period. its 16 meters and has all necessary furniture. Its available from beginning of April 2017 in Spånga /Rinkeby. The apartment is 82 sqm, has 3 rooms, 2 toilets, large kitchen and balcony. There are dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment, and you will be sharing the apartment with me. I am 31 years old working full time in government agency and studying master in Stockholm university, I speak Swedish, English, Russian, and Arabic and have a mixed root, I dont smoke and have no pets. The metro station is 7 minutes walk and it takes less than 19 minutes to T-centralen. There is also a bus station 5 minutes walk and it take 10 minutes by buss to Kista Mall. Lidl and other supermarkets are few minutes a walk with many fast food shops. Rent: 4900 SEK and includes electricity, water and internet. One month rent deposit, one months notice from both sides. I am looking for a nice, none smoking housemate with a stable economy. (one person only). It would be perfect if he/she is a weekly commuter or travel a lot but its not a must.
